Meehan Development Group is a family-owned business founded in 1983. Led by Principal Paul Meehan, the team is dedicated to constructing and developing homes and neighborhoods that are not only memorable but also stand the test of time.

We collaborate closely with local architects and are equally happy to work with your chosen designer, while also offering comprehensive in-house design services led by Garth Meehan. From initial concept through final details, we guide clients through every stage of the process, working seamlessly with our team to achieve the best possible outcome for each project.

Paul’s son, Tuck, joined the business in 2019 and works closely with trades and clients in the field. Clear, open communication and a strong emphasis on client education are central to our approach. We take pride in delivering each unique home on time and within budget.
