our philosophy.

When choosing Meehan Development Group for your new home construction or renovation project, you will always receive high-quality service. Read through at right to learn more about our guiding principles and business practices.

Meehan Development Group is a family-based business that began in Farmington, CT and expanded over the years to the shorelines of CT and RI. We bring a blend of skill, experience and dedication, coupled with innovative technology, creating a partnership with our clients that continues long after the project is completed. We work with our clients with transparency of cost – we have a fixed rate that once established does not change. References, house tours, and a finely tuned budget is included in the process.

Meehan Development

Our accounting is totally transparent – invoices are presented and approved by clients prior to issuing payments. There are no mark ups to trades, products, or suppliers. Part of the project management is ensuring the most cost-effective budget for your home.

Accounting Transparency

Prior to meetings, clients receive an agenda, highlighting the schedule, selections needed, accounting, and any other conversation topics. Follow up emails and progress expectations are sent weekly.

Communication Is Key

We get competitive bids from our trades and our suppliers, ensuring the best price for you. Our talented crew works by the hour– the most advantageous to us and to you.
