Our accounting is totally transparent – invoices are presented and approved by clients prior to issuing payments. There are no mark ups to trades, products, or suppliers. Part of the project management is ensuring the most cost-effective budget for your home.
Prior to meetings, clients receive an agenda, highlighting the schedule, selections needed, accounting, and any other conversation topics. Follow up emails and progress expectations are sent weekly.
